PAYMENT
We accept payments via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, PayPal, and
Apple Pay.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical product has been shipped or
the digital product has been delivered, unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
We use a secure payment solution with SSL encryption, meaning your information is processed
safely and confidentially.

RESERVATION OF FUNDS
When paying by card, the amount will be reserved on your account until we process and ship
your order.
The reservation period depends on your bank and card provider.
If an order is cancelled, only your bank can release the reserved amount.
DELIVERY
Delivery time is normally 2–10 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product
description.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight and delivery method.
You will always receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on products purchased via the website, unless otherwise
stated.
The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days at:

You must return the item no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.
Return shipping costs are covered by you.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
The item must only be handled in a way that allows you to establish its nature, characteristics,
and function — as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond this, it may be considered diminished in value, and we
reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

RIGHT TO CLAIM (WARRANTY)
You have a 2-year right to claim defects in accordance with Danish sales law.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time — no later than 2 months after discovering
the defect.
If your complaint is approved, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
