You Don’t Have to Face Racism, Discrimination, or Unfair Treatment Alone

Legal Guidance and Professional Support Before, During, and After Important Meetings

Whether you’re preparing for a meeting with your child’s school, your employer, or a public authority, the experience can feel overwhelming and emotionally exhausting. You don’t have to go through it alone.

Hi, I'm Mary Consolata Namagambe

I am a lawyer (LL.M.), speaker, and advocate for equality and anti-racism.

For more than a decade, I have worked with issues relating to racism, discrimination, and equal treatment in Denmark, supporting families, employees, and individuals as they navigate some of the most challenging situations in their lives.

I understand how stressful, emotional, and overwhelming these experiences can be. When you’re dealing with a difficult situation, it can be hard to stay focused, communicate clearly, and know what to do next. My role is to provide calm, structure, and professional guidance, so you feel prepared, confident, and supported throughout the process.

My role is not to speak on your behalf. My role is to help you prepare thoroughly, understand your rights and options, and give you the confidence to speak for yourself—knowing that you have an experienced advisor by your side.

An Experienced Advisor by Your Side

Important meetings can have a lasting impact on you, your child, and your future. Having an experienced advisor beside you can make all the difference.

As a lawyer and advisor, I combine legal expertise with years of practical experience supporting people who have experienced racism, discrimination, and unequal treatment.

I can help you:

What Happens When You Book Me?

1. Initial Consultation

We begin with a confidential conversation where I listen to your situation, understand your concerns, and discuss what you hope to achieve.

Together, we review relevant documents, prepare for the meeting, develop a clear strategy, and ensure you know what to expect and feel fully prepared.

I attend the meeting with you, providing calm, clarity, and professional support. If you would like, I can ask questions or contribute relevant input to help ensure your concerns are clearly understood and taken seriously.

After the meeting, we review what was discussed, consider the decisions that were made, identify your available options, and agree on the most appropriate next steps.

If you would like to learn more or discuss whether support would be beneficial in your situation, I would be happy to hear from you.
